摘要 目的探讨孕妇学校健康教育的实施效果。方法对参加孕妇学校的868位孕妇实施健康教育,内容包括孕期健康教育、入院教育、分娩期健康教育与产褥期健康教育4个方面。结果健康教育前后孕妇对围产期保健知识掌握情况,经统计学分析,P<0.005,差异有统计学意义。结论孕妇学校健康教育能满足孕妇对相关健康知识的需求,提高了自我保健能力,起到促进优生优育的积极作用。 Objective To explore the effect of health education in pregnancy school. Methods 868 pregnancy women who attended pregnancy school were investigated for health education, including pregnancy health education, admission education, delivery education and puerperal education. Results There was significant difference in the knowledge on perinatal care in pregnancy women before and after education ( P 〈 0.05 ). Condusion Health education in pregnancy school can meet the demand of pregnancy women in knowledge associated with perinatal care, increase self-care ability, and have a good effect in healthy birth and child development.
