经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影术围手术期的护理

目的探讨经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影术的护理经验。方法回顾性分析和总结552例经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影术围手术期的护理经过。结果本组患者均顺利完成手术,穿刺成功率100%,无1例出现穿刺部位皮下血肿、皮下瘀斑、穿刺口感染。结论加强术前的心理护理及充分准备,术中预防桡动脉痉挛,术后加强穿刺口及术侧肢体的观察护理,对于减少肢体并发症的发生,减轻患者的痛苦,增加患者的舒适度具有重要的意义。

Objective To explore the nursing points in coronary artefiography via radial artery. Methods Pefioperative nursing in five hundred and fifty-two eases who accepted coronary artefiography via radial artery were analyzed retrospectively. Results The process of the surgery was progressed smoothly in all patients, and no complications occurred. Conclusion To reduce the occurrence of complications and reduce patients＇ pain, we should strengthen psychological nursing before operation, prevent radial artery spasm during the operation and observe on puncture points and limbs after operation.
