ERCP联合EST术后急性胰腺炎的预防及护理

目的探讨逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)及十二指肠乳头切开取石术(EST)患者的护理方法及继发性胰腺炎的预防和护理。方法总结94例行ERCP及EST患者的术中和术后护理要点。结果ERCP联合EST术后并发急性胰腺炎6.38%(6/94),高淀粉酶血症13.80%(13/94)。结论急性胰腺炎是ERCP联合EST术后常见并发症,术前做好充分准备、术中医护默契配合及术后精心护理是预防急性胰腺炎的的重要措施。

Objective To investigate nursing strategies for patients with pancreatitis secondary to ERCP and EST. Methods Nursing points for 94 cases who accepted ERCP and EST were summarized. Results 6. 38% of the patients developed into acute pancreatitis, and 13. 8% got hyper-amylasemia. Conclusion Acute pancreatitis is a common complication after ERCP and EST. Pre-oporation preparation, co-operation between doctors and nurses and post-operation nursing were the main measures to prevent acute pancreatitis after ERCP.
