护理本科生护理专业思想水平及其影响因素的调查研究

摘要 目的了解护理本科生专业思想水平现状及其影响因素,并比较不同年级护理本科生护理专业思想水平的差异。方法采用问卷调查法对不同年级40名护理本科生进行专业思想水平及影响因素调查。结果40.0%学生入学志愿选择了护理专业,主要选择原因是高考成绩和家人意见(占25.0%),不同年级的学生对专业了解程度分别为45.5%、66.7%,60.0%和85.7%。结论护理专业学生的专业思想稳定度差,专业思想教育任重而道远,要加强学生专业态度形成的培养教育。 Objective To learn their attitudes towards nursing in undergraduates and its affecting factors, and to compare their attitude towards nursing between students in different academic grades. Methods Forty nursing students in different academic grade were surveyed to investigate their attitude towards nursing profession and the affecting factors among. Results 40% of the students voluntarily chose nursing profession because of their scores in the entrance examination for coUege and suggestions from family. Among 40 students, 40% had no stable idea about their profession, and 40% did not have a favorite attitude towards their profession. Conclusion Nursing students have unstable attitude towards their profession. Education of professional ideology is very important, and teachers should pay more attention to help students develop a correct professional attitude.
