我院护理人员锐器伤的调查分析及对策

Investigation and countermeasures about sharp injury among nurse personnel

目的 了解护理人员锐器损伤情况，以便制订切实可行的干预对策。方法 采用问卷调查形式，2004年1—12月对我院临床科室136名护理人员进行调查，了解锐器损伤发生的相关因素及防护措施执行情况。结果 护理人员认知锐器伤知识有29名，占21．3％，损伤后采取正确处理方法有50名，占36．8％，自我防护做到A级防护的护理人员仅有17名，占12．5％，一年内全部人员均发生过锐器损伤，占100％。结论 针对锐器伤的原因，采取及时、正确的干预措施，可提高护理人员锐器伤防护意识，减少职业危险的发生。

Objective To learn the sharp injury situation among nurse personnel and to make practical feasible intcrvcntional countermeasures. Methods Two hundred and seventy-two nurses in clinical departments were investigated from January to December 2004 to learn the situation of sharp injury and suggest preventive measures. Results All the nurses suffered from sharp injury in this year. 21.3% of the personnel knew sufficiently about the consequence of needle sticks and infection. 36. 8% used correct processing method after injury. Only 12. 5% of nurses did A level sclf-protcctions. Conclusion To investigate the sharp injury situation and take the correct countermeasure promptly can raise nurses＇ occupational protection consciousness and to reduce the occurrence of professional danger.
