针对目前普通高校在系资料室建设方面所存在的问题,阐述了重视和加强系资料室建设的必要性和一些主要设想。

Aiming at the problems existing in the construction of the department reference rooms of the average colleges and universities, this article analyzes the necessity to strengthen and attach importance to the construction of the department reference rooms as well as some of the author＇ s main tentative ideas.
