摘要
本文对四川省农村中非农业用地的现状和问题进行了探讨，提出了切实保护好耕地的建议。
This paper studied the present situation and the problems of 'oil-agricultural land utilization in Sichuan Province,and put forward some suggestions to protect the cultivated land.
