Automatic Alert System: Scientifically Establishing a Mechanism for Correcting and Preventing Overtime Detainment

为有效防范和纠正超期羁押,在对全体在押人员的基本情况和羁押期限进行认真调研的基础上,运用信息技术,研发了超期羁押自动预警系统,并完善了在押人员诉讼时限检察监督制度,建立与看守所联系沟通的工作机制,从而形成了防范超期羁押的新机制。

With the purpose of correcting and preventing overtime detainment, on the ground of survey and research to the basic circumstance of all the suspects in custody and limitation of detainment, a new mechanism has been established by developing the automatic alert system of overtime detainment using information technology, advancing the procuratorial work to the limitation concerning the detainee, and constructing the communication mechanism with the house of detention.
