摘要 应用热天平研究了载铁聚丙烯腈(PAN)的脱氮碳化行为.负载铁对PAN的稳定化和脱氮磷化均具有显著的催化作用,并在580—760℃范围内明显增加了N_2形成速率.XPS和XRD对碳化过程中铁和氮化学形态变化的研究结果表明,铁催化反应机理可能是负载铁与吡啶氮作用形成中间体铁氯化物,后者进而分解释放出N_2. The denitrification reaction of iron-loaded polyacrylonitrile (PAN) has been studied by using a thermobalance. The loaded iron can dramatically catalyze the stabilization and denitrification reactions of PAN, and increase formation rate of N2 at 580-760℃. The changes of iron and nitrogen chemical forms during denitrification also have been studied by XRD and XPS techniques, and the results suggest that the catalytic reaction mechanism may be that iron reacts with pyridinic nitrogen forms to form intermediate iron nitrides, which are subsequently decomposed to N2.
