大气气溶胶中多环芳烃的定量分析 被引量:51

摘要 参照美国EPA610方法,超声抽提气溶胶样品,抽提物经硅胶层析柱分离,用毛细管柱气相色谱与GC-MSD鉴定多环芳烃(PAHs).使用16种多环芳烃混合标准样品绘制校正曲线,以外标法对PAHs进行定量分析.采用本方法研究广州市一些气溶胶样品表明,大气气溶胶中可检测到70多种2—7环PAHs.PAHs的回收率为80.7—110.0%,检测限为8.5pg.m^(-3). Referring to QA and QC procedures of U. S. EPA method 610,quantitative analysis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in aerosols were performed. The aerosol samples were ultrasonic extracted and the extracts were separated by chromatographic column packed with silica gel. The PAHs fraction was detected by capillary column gas chromatography with FID and furtherly identified by HP 5972 GC-MSD. The recoveries of PAHs ranges from 80. 7 to 110. 0% and the method detection limits for 16 PAHs are 8. 5pg · m-3. The calibration curves were figured out using mixed standards of 16 PAHs. More than seventy of PAHs, with 2-7 rings, were detected in aerosols of Guangzhou.
