摘要
本文利用壳聚糖C_2位上活泼氨基与水杨醛进行大分子反应,再以环硫氯丙烷作交联剂,合成了带有邻羟基希夫碱基团的交联型壳聚糖螯合树脂(简称CTSA);利用带有游离氨基的交联壳聚糖与丙烯腈进行大分子反应,合成了带有氰基的功能聚合物(简称CT—CN),再由CT—CN与水合肼进一步反应,制得了带有酰肼基团的壳聚糖螯合树脂(简称 CTH).探讨了这两类新型螯合树脂对Au(Ⅲ),Pd(Ⅱ),Pt(Ⅳ),Ag(Ⅰ),Hg(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Ph(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ)等九种贵重金属离子的吸附性能.
Chitosan chelating resin bearing schiff-base group (CTSA) and chitosan functional polymer containing nitrile group (CT-CN) were synthesized by chemical modification of amino group of chitosan and crosslinked chitosan with salicylaldehyde and acrylonitrile using chloromethylthiirane as crosslinking agent, chitosan chelating resin bearing hy-drazide group (CTH) was prepared by reaction between CT-CN and hydrazine hydrate. Adsorption properties of CTSA and CTH chelating resins for Au( Ⅲ ), Ag( Ⅰ ) ,Pd( Ⅱ ), Pt( Ⅳ ) , Hg ( Ⅱ ) , Cu ( Ⅱ ) , Zn ( Ⅱ ) , Cd ( Ⅱ ) , Pb ( Ⅱ ) etc. were also investigated. it was shown that sorption capacities of CTSA for Au( Ⅰ ) and CTH for Pd( Ⅱ ) were 5- 37 and 6- 14mmol · g-1-resin respectively.
