摘要
细胞表面微绒毛和细胞微丝状态与细胞运动密切相关。在人胃癌BGC-823细胞系体外培养液中加用胃泌素及其受体拮抗剂,发现经胃泌素作用后的BGC-823细胞微丝紊乱,细胞表面微绒毛多而密集,经L-365260作用后则微丝长而粗,排列规则,表面微绒毛少。提示,胃泌素能增强BGC-823细胞系的运动,可能有促进肿瘤细胞转移的作用,这种作用可被L-365260所拮抗。
The microfilaments(MF)of human gastric Cancer cell line BGC-823 Were observed by using Coomassie Brilliant Blue R250 Staining and electron microscope.It was found that the MF of BGC-823 cell line had decreased after the treatment of gastrin and this effect could be inhibited by L-365260.These Cytoskeleton changes might be related to the biological characteristics and the metastasis and invastion of the tumor cells.
