In this paper, the result of the research manifests that the adoption of marglnal pricing law will bring on the contraction of the knowledge market at the knowledge industry with the characteristics of decreasing cost. Thereby, as viewed from the knowledge trade, to make the process of knowledge creative and its transfer become more availabe, a possible and valid way is that the Ramsey rate method can be adopted for the hypo-optimal pricing decision at the neoclassical meaning in existing frame of system.
