农民有强烈的文化诉求,但农民的文化诉求在现实却没有得到积极的应答。发展和建设农村文化应该注重和加强农村基层的文化建设,立足区域特点,在先进文化的引领下,以传统文化为基础,吸收各种健康的文化元素,在区域差异中发展和构建理性的、科学的、健康的、富有创造性多元农村社区文化,满足农民多层次多方面的精神文化需求。

The peasantry often has intensive.demand for culture, however, their demand have not been met. Therefore, it is important to care and impose culture construction in the rural areas, with district characteristics, which will lead the way of advanced culture, absorb all sorts of elements.
