摘要
核桃室内劈接或切接时，应用不同浓度的生长素IBA快蘸辽核一号接穗1～3s，并采用500mg／L的生长素IBA分品种进行生产应用，研究结果表明：最高愈合率100％，平均91％，较对照提高25％，因此，用500mg／L的IBA溶液对核桃室内劈接或切接的愈合率有显著的促进作用。
No. 1 Liaohe scion is quickly dipped 1～3 s with different concentration IBA when conducting cleft grafting or cutting grafting indoor, IBA 500 mg/L is adopted and tested in the appfied production by different varieties. The result shows that the highest heal-up rate is 100%, the average is also 91%, that is increased 25 % than the comparison, therefore, the effect of the IBA 500 mg/L to the heal-up rate can promote obvious role in the heal-up rate of cleft grafting or cutting grafting indoor for Juglans rejia.
