Scientific, rational utilization and development of energy resources have a profound significance for sustainable, rapid and stable development of the national economy, healthy improvement of people＇ s living standard. As viewed from strategy, this article points out that ＂ change conception, strengthen management and construct energy management system＂ are the magic weapon of realizing enterprise＇s energy consumption standard.
