摘要
自制样品,粉末压片,用X荧光光谱仪测定炉渣中的硅钙镁铝钛,试验确定了炉渣试样粒度,压片压力,压片时间。试验测定结果与熔样法测定结果对得很好。分析结果准确,快速,成本低。适合高炉昼夜连续生产的需要。
Making samples by ourselves, pressing the powder stretch, we determined the content of the SiO2, CaO, MgO, Al2O3, TiO2 in the slag with fluorescence spoctrocomparator. The test confirmed slag style grain size, pressures and time of one slice. It is very good to determine the result compared with melt kinds of law. This method is accurate, fast and lower in costs. It is suitable for the need of the blast furnace producing in succession day and night.
