山西省人民政府办公厅晋政办〔2006〕11号文件,是指导我省电大加快教育改革和发展的纲领性文件。我们要深入学习贯彻文件精神,增强电大的办学功能,探索构建电大质量保障体系和办学网络,搞好电大系统建设。
The No.Ⅱ document [2006] issued by the general office of Shanxi People＇s Government is a programme to guide Shanxi TV University to quicken the reform and development. We will thoroughly learn and carry out the document spirit, strengthen the function of running school of TV University, explore the construction of TV University quality, guarantee the system and the network of running school, and do the system construction of TV University well.
