从历史的角度来看,学校的教务管理应该算是一个相对成熟的领域,然而,近几年中涌现出的新建高等职业院校却给有效实施教务管理提出了新的挑战。新建高职院校应正确认知自身特点,在此基础上进行教务管理理念和实践的创新。

Form historical perspective, school teaching affairs management can be regarded as a relatively mature field, but higher vocational colleges established in the last few years have posed a new challenge to effective implementation of teaching affairs management. How to cope with that？ In the first place, characteristics of such colleges should be cognized in a right way, especially their reflections on teaching affairs management, and then on this basis comes the innovation of teaching affairs idea and practice.
