维生素E的检测技术

Research Progress in Determination Methods of Vitamine

文章主要介绍测定维生素E常用的几种主要方法,各种方法所能检测到的维生素E异构体种类、检测极限、灵敏度,讨论上述几种测定方法的优缺点、适用的样品种类,提出各方法目前仍存在的问题及今后的研究方向和重点。

In this paper, the Vitamine determination principles, sample pretreat method procedure, detecting limit and sensitivity of high pressure gas chromatography, spectrophotometry, fluorometry, high pressure liquid chromatography, square wave voltammetry and oscillographic polar graphy are reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages and application fields are also discussed. The problems at present, the research direction and focus for the future have been put forward.
