摘要
教师要把新的理念转交成为自己的教学行为,必须不断对自己的教育教学实践进行研究和反思。本文从实践的角度论述教师如何从课堂中、从自己的经历中、从学生的反映中、从与同事的合作交流中时时留心、处处反思,进而快速成长为一名优秀的研究型教师。
Teachers should study and exam their teaching practice to convert the new concept to their teaching practice. The paper discussed that teachers should keep their eyes upon their teaching experience, feedback of students, cooperation with colleague to become excellent research-type teacher.
