摘要
本文分析69例急性胰腺炎的CT表现，并将其按CT表现分为单纯水肿型（23例），出血坏死型（28例），合并感染型（18例）三个类型，提出正确的以临床分型和早期发现胰腺的出血坏死是提高生存率的关键。
The CT appearance of 69 cases of acute pancreatitis were analyzed. They were devided into three subtype according to CT findingts: hydropic (23 cases ), hemorrhagic －necrotic (28 cases ), complicated (18 cases). The author conc1uded that correct subtype grouping and earlier finging of hemorrhage and necorsis is the key of increasing survival rate.
