摘要
目的:改良杜仲现有品种,增加其药用成分含量,丰富遗传育种资源。方法:采用不同浓度的秋水仙素溶液对杜仲种子进行不同时间的诱导。结果:经植物形态学和染色体数检测,诱导后的材料具有明显的多倍体特征。结论:杜仲种子用0.4%的秋水仙素溶液处理48h和用浓度为0.8%的秋水仙素溶液处理24h,其诱导率都较高。但从降低生产成本来考虑,我们建议在对杜仲种子进行多倍体诱导时应选择0.4%的秋水仙素溶液诱导48h。
Objective: This experiment aimed at improving the existence breed of Eucommia ulmoides olive, enrich its inheritencable breed resource, increase its medicinal composing.Method:Use colchicines of different densities to mutagenize Eucommia ulmoides olive in different phases. Result: Eucommia ulmoides olive show obvious characters of polyploid by plant morphology and quantity of chromosome examine. Conclusion: Eucommia ulmoides olive mutagenized by colchicines density of 0.4 % for 48 h and density of 0.8 % for 24 h are more easily to be mutagenize.Considering from reducing producing cost, mutagenized by colchicines density of 0.4 % for 48 h is suggested.
