摘要
本文对水样中Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的离子色谱分析结果表明:Cr(Ⅲ)经柱前衍生,与以CrO_4^(2-)状态存在的Cr(Ⅵ)在阴离子交换柱上分离,用光度法检测.Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的最低检出限分别为30μg·l^(-1)和1μg·l^(-1),常见阴、阳离子不干扰.方法灵敏、简便,可作为监测水样中Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)
An ion chromatography method was developed for determination of Cr ( Ⅲ ) andCr( Ⅵ ). The method involes the separation of the species as anions——the monovalentCr( Ⅲ )-PDCA complex anion and the divalent chromate ion——followed by spectropho-to——metric detection. Very high sensitivity was achieved without post-column reaction. Detection limit for Cr ( Ⅵ) is 1ug · 1-1 and 30ug · 1-1 for Cr( Ⅲ ). This method can be used as a routine, rapid and selective analytical method for determination of Cr( Ⅲ ) and Cr(VI).
