农民增收是建设社会主义新农村的“重中之重”,建立促进农民收入持续稳定增收的长效机制,是农村工作中的一项根本性工作。由于我国当前农民收入状况与城市居民相比还有很大差距,对此本文对于如何建立促进农民收入持续稳定增长的长效机制提出了建议。

The rise of farmer＇s income is a key point in the construction of socialist new countryside; it is one of the basic works in rural area to construct and promote farmer income＇s sustainable rising. There is a great distance between rural residents＇ income and urban residents＇ income. The article put forward advices to the promotion of rural residents＇ sustainable long-term mechanism.
