农村城镇的可持续发展是经济效益、社会效益和生态效益三者和谐发展的过程,只有经济、社会和自然环境复合系统三个部分协调统一的发展,才会使农村城镇的发展具有可持续性。对农村城镇可持续发展的研究,以经济学理论为分析框架,以农民为市场主体,从制度创新的角度,实施市场化运作、进行人力资本积累和建设一个宜于农民居住的生态环境,是解决社会主义新农村建设问题的三条有效途径。

This article take economic theory as analysis frame, take farmers as the main body of market, discuss the methods and countermeasure of the forming of rural town sustainable development capability from the angle of mechanism innovation. The article provided some referable countermeasure and advices from three aspects.
