摘要
树立科学的发展观就必须坚持“以人为本”,已被科学实践证明了的“以人为本”理念也应该成为当代中国公共人力资源管理的根本价值取向,阐析“以人为本”理念的内涵,动用“以人为本”理念反思我国公共人力资源管理的历史,进而思考如何促进当代中国公共人力资源管理进程。
"Human Priority" is a necessary part of scientific development idea's setup. Human priority should be considered as basic value orientation in current China public human resource management. We should explicate the meaning of "Human Priority", and implement this idea to reflect our country's public human resource management history, in order to pave a way to promote current China public human resource management.
