成人教育作为我国教育体系的重要组成部分,在建设学习型社会中大有作为。近年来,我院在寻求成人高校的改革与发展上进行了积极的探索,取得了一定的成绩。随着党的十六大对终身教育与终身学习理念的提出,以及创建学习型社会的实践,我院成人教育又迎来了新的发展机遇。因此,抓住机遇,努力探索成人高校发展新途径势在必行。

Adult education is an important part of our country＇s educational system, which produced great effort in the construction of study-style society. In recent years, our college actively explored in adult college＇s reform and development, and received some achievements. The 16th conference of CPC raised lifelong education and lifelong study idea, practiced creating study-style society; this brought a new developing opportunity to our college＇s adult education. It is a necessary path to catch the opportunity and explore adult education new method.
