血清HSP60对冠心病的诊断价值探讨 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究血清热休克蛋白60(heatshockprotein60,HSP60)对冠心病(coronaryheartdisease,CHD)的诊断价值。方法选择2004年3月~2005年3月在我院住院的91例冠心病患者,于入院后12h内静脉采血,72例健康对照者于空腹晨起静脉采血,应用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)检测血清HSP60水平并进行对比分析。结果冠心病组患者与健康对照者血清HSP60水平间差别有显著性意义(P<0.01);冠心病组患者各亚型(除稳定型心绞痛)与健康对照者以及冠心病组各亚型间血清HSP60均值间差别均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论冠心病组血清HSP60水平明显高于正常对照组,检测血清HSP60水平将有助于冠心病的诊断。 Objective To investigate the association between serum HSP60 levels and the diagnosis of CHD. Methods The venous blood samples were obtained from the 91 patients 12 hours after they were in hospital. The 72 healthy controls' blood samples were obtained in the morning after an overnight fast. The serum HSP60 levels were determined by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay. Results The serum HSP60 levels of CHD patients' were significantly different from those of the healthy controls ( P 〈0. 01 ) ; In the CHD subgroup, the serum HSP60 levels were significantly different from those of healthy controls' except stable angina pectoris (SAP) ( P 〈0. 01 ). There were also significant differences between the subgroups of CHD ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The serum HSP60 levels of CHD patients' were higher than those of healthy controls' and the detection of serum SP60 levels made for the diagnosis CHD.
