曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛34例临床观察
摘要
曲美他嗪可通过抑制游离脂肪酸的氧化而增加葡萄糖的有氧代谢，改善心肌缺血时的异常代谢状况，优化心肌能量代谢途径。本文应用曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者（UAP）34例，观察其对UAP的疗效，现报道如下。
