摘要
人与自然关系的恶化促使了人类价值理想的转变,这种转变主要体现在对象的价值和生存的价值两个方面。在人的价值理想的转变中劳动不是一个被动参与者,而是一个起到积极作用的因素。对人而言,劳动从谋生到乐生的转变为人提供了发挥创造能力的条件,进而迎来了管理学中的能本管理时代。
The worsening relation between human and nature changed humar values and it's mainly embodied in object value change and existing value change. In the whole procedure, labor is not passivly involved but an initiativing promote element. To human, the function of labor changed from "for life" to "enjoy life", and it further promote the human innovative ability. The improvement of innovative ability deals to focus on ability in management.
