摘要
当今世界国际间竞争的焦点是人才的竞争。文章在分析教学研究型大学的现状及其在国家人才培养体系中所处的位置的基础上,提出教学研究型大学应将人才培养目标定位为大众教育与精英教育并举,并选择各自相适应的人才培养模式。
The competition of the talent is the competitive focus of the world.According the realistic condition and its location in the national educational system, the educational objects orientation should be executing the mass education and the elite education also. The university should select the suitable educational pattern.
