On Teacher's New Course-Teaching Ability

课堂教学能力是教师能力结构中的核心要素,是教师各种素质水平的集中表现。而创新能力是教师课堂教学能力中的重中之重,因为课堂教学能力的强弱高低与教师创造力水平密切相关,教师本身要最大限度地开发自己的创造潜能,以适应新课程课堂教学的需要。

Class is the main place in which the new course is carried out. The teaching ability in class is the main factor in the structure of teacher＇s ability and is the centered reflection to the teacher＇s all kinds of levels. Thus, the creation ability is the most important in the teacher＇ s abilities in class. Because whether the teaching ability in class is strong or weak is connected closely with the teacher＇ s creation ability. Teacher should try his best to develop his own creation ability in order to meet the need of class teaching of new course.
