A Study on Cultural Paradigm and Stipulation in Teaching the British and American Literature

21世纪,多元文化并存势在必行,且文化在各国交流与往来中变得极为重要。文学的讲授成为文化的融通的重要方式和手段。后现代主义推崇误读,并将其视为接近真相的途径和手段。这对于打破权威是有助益的,但是在翻译、教学等其他诸多领域引起混乱,尤其是在辨识能力不强的初学者当中,文化理解的随意性最终被无限放大。

In the 21st century, the multieultural coexistence is imperative under the situation and the cultural intercourse plays more and more vital role. The course of literature becomes one key way to cultural intercession. The postmodernism esteem misreading, and regards it as approaches to the truth, which is helpful and bennficial to break the authority, but in the field of translation, teaching and many other domains, it triggers chaos. Especially to the beginners who are not capable enough, the capriciousness of cultural understanding is finally infinitely enlarged. This article carries on the analysis in view of this phenomenon, and proposes due strategy.
