体细胞无性系变异技术在园艺植物育种中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 综述了园艺作物中体细胞无性系变异诱变技术在育种中的应用,以及利用离体诱导技术结合物理化学诱变所获得的育种进展。体细胞无性系变异结合诱导突变大大提高了变异率,获得了许多有用的突变性状,最近有人利用体细胞无性系变异克隆获得番茄抗腐烂病突变体Cmm(Clavibacter michiganense subspmichiganense),另外结合γ射线诱变,获得香蕉早熟品种“Klue Hom Thong KU1”和“Novaria”。同时利用分子标记辅助选择可以在早期对有用的候选基因型做出鉴别。
