大学英语教师的信息化教育技术能力及其培养

College English teachers’ ability to integrate IT in education and training of the ability

基于计算机和网络技术的信息化语言教育是大学英语课程教学改革的有效途径。但是，教师的信息化教育技术理念薄弱，能力低下，这已成为制约大学英语信息化教育发展的瓶颈因素。在分析目前大学英语教师信息化教育技术能力方面存在问题的基础上，本文讨论了教师信息化教育技术能力的内涵以及对语言教师信息化教育技术能力的培养。

Computer-and-Internet-based language education proves to be an effective way to improve the College English teaching, but has not been widely accepted due to many teachers＇ weaker attitude towards and lower capability of integrating IT in education. Based on an analysis of the current problems with College English teachers in this respect, this paper discusses the connotation of language teachers＇ capability to integrate IT in education and the training of this ability.
