摘要
形成性评估指教学过程中通过及时、有效的反馈促进语言教学健康发展的评估手段。国内外对形成性评估的研究已取得相当丰硕的成果。本文综述国外有关外语教学中形成性评估的应用研究,主要涉及其发展过程和研究方法,同时总结国内形成性评估应用现状,希望为形成性评估研究的发展,特别是在我国外语教学中的应用提供借鉴。
As an important component of language teaching and learning, formative evaluation aims to improve the teaching and learning of foreign languages through providing teachers and learners with immediate and effective feedback, Numerous studies on the theory and practice of formative evaluation have been conducted both home and abroad, After a careful review of these studies with respect to the development in the field and methodological approaches of formative evaluation, and a general review of the status quo of research on formative evaluation in China, this paper is expected to contribute to the development of research on formative evaluation, and more importantly, to provide language teachers and researchers with useful information for conducting formative evaluation in foreign language teaching and learning in China.
