摘要
酸化作业中形成的酸渣,会导致储层的永久性损害。研制了防乳化抗渣剂RES,该剂由不同的表面活性剂和低分子溶剂组成。对RES的酸溶性、防乳化和破乳能力、抗酸渣性能、洗油性能及其与添加剂的配伍性进行了评价。RES可用于原油中胶质和沥青质含量高的储层酸化施工,加量为0.5％～0.1％。
Novel acidated resistant of emulsifying sludge RES is presented. The composition, function mechanism and main character of RES are intro duced. Tests indicate that RES possesses the aclvan-tage of fast emulsion breaking, good acid-slug control and good wash oil character. RES is suitable for acidizing operation in reservoir with high gum and as-phaltene.
