西伦4井泥浆工艺

摘要 西藏伦坡拉地层压力低,地层倾角变化大,泥岩段裂隙发育,在钻井过程中,经常发生地层坍塌、漏失、阻卡等复杂事故。西伦4井采用了与聚合物钻井液体系配伍性较好的屏蔽剂PB-1。实验就PB-1对钻井液性能的影响、堵漏效果、抑制性及保护油气层效果进行了评价。PB-1具有较好的防漏堵漏效果,减少了钻井液对储层的损害,提高了钻井效率,缩短了建井周期。 LunPoLa formation possesses the character of low formation pressure, various formation angle, and more fracture in shale. Xilun-4 well is located in LunPoLa Basin of Tibet. Shielding agent PB-1 is adopted at Xilun-4 well. PB-1 has the advantage of good shielding plug result, good compatibility with polymer mud. The drilling fluid inhibition capability is increased and formation damage is reduced by using PB-1 , also, the drilling cost is decreased effectively.
