摘要
抚顺石油化工研究院近期开发的3936馏分油加氢精制催化剂,以Mo-Ni为加氢组分,用低硅稳定的氧化铝作载体,加氢活性高、稳定性好,主要用于加氢裂化原料油的加氢脱硫、加氢脱氮和芳烃加氢饱和。试验结果表明,在模拟工业加氢裂化装置的精制条件下,以氮含量1425~1900μg/g、干点518~564℃的VGO与CGO等多种混合油为原料,精制油氮含量为4~8μg/g,加氢脱氮率为99.4%~99.81%。该催化剂1995年1月开始在茂名石油化工公司80万t/a加氢裂化装置上应用,加工干点534℃的进口原油混合VGO,在精制油碱性氮含量<2μg/g的情况下,精制反应器的加权平均温度为382.5℃,加氢脱氮效果良好。
The heavy gas oil hydrofining catalyst 3936, developed by FRIPP for hydrodesulfurization,hydrodenitrogenation and aromatic saturation of hydrocracking feedstocks is described.This catalyst,with Mo-Ni as its hydrogenation component and stable alumina with low content of silicon as carrier,has high activity and stability. The experimental results showed that various mixed feedstocks of VGOand CGO with a nitrogen content range of 1 425 to 1 900 μg/g and an end boiling point range of 518 to 564 C under simulating commercial hydrofining conditions,the nitrogen content of the hydrofined oil was only in the range of 4 to 8μg/g,and the hydrotrogenation rate was in the range of 99.44% to 99.81%.This catalyst has been used in the hydrocracking unit with a capacity of 0.8 million t/a in Maoming since January 1995 to process the mixed VGO from the import crudes with an end boiling point of 534℃ the weighted average bed temperature of the hydrofining reactor was 382.5℃ and the basic nitrogen content of the hydrofined oil was less than 2μg/g,which indicated that a good hydrodenitrogenation result was achieved.
