摘要
阐述RG-l保护剂对加氢裂化原料—VGO馏分中的生炭物和金属杂质的脱除能力以及与参比保护剂的对比评价结果。试验研究结果表明,在中压、380℃、体积空速10h-1和高压、360℃、体积空速10h-1的加氢条件下,RG-1保护剂可脱除孤岛、管输和胜利原油VGO馏分中90%以上的C5不溶物和金属杂质以及80%以上的残炭,RG-l保护剂的脱铁率和C。不溶物脱除率均高于参比剂,对主催化剂的保护效果更好。
The performance of a protective catalyst RG-1 for hydrogenation catalyst is introduced,which emphasized on the removal ability of the coke precursor and the metal impurities from VGO feedstocks.Under the test conditions of medium pressure,380℃ and a LHSV of 10 or high pressure,360℃ and a LHSV of 10,the removal rates of both pentane insolubles and metal impurities from various VGO feedstocks were more than 90%,and more than 80% of the CCRs in the VGOs were removed. RG-1 was better than the reference protective catalyst in protecting hydrogenation catalysts.
