摘要
以大庆原油生产的高粘度指数基础油调入部分重组分为研制产品的基础油,通过对各类增粘剂、抗氧剂、清净分散剂的合理使用、优化复配,解决了因添加剂互相影响给多级通用油造成的高、低温流变性、高温清净性与低温分散性、氧化变稠及高温沉积物积炭等的矛盾,用较低的剂量调制出符合10W/30SF/CD级通用内燃机油。
Optimizing the addition of various thickeners,antioxidant and antisludge agent to the base oil which composed of Daqing high viscosity neutral oil with a portion of heavy fraction,the problems of the high and low temperature rheological properties, the high temperature detergency and low temperature carbon deposition of the universal engine oil caused by the interactions of the additives were solved.The universal internal combustion engine oil 10W/30 SF/CD was prepared by adding a rather small amount of additives.
