炼油和石油化工生产计划模型中公用工程的优化 被引量:3

摘要 公用工程系统在炼油和石油化工生产的成本中占很大比重,在以往的炼油和石油化工生产计划优化模型中,公用工程消耗以企业内部价计入装置加工费,导致和经营生产实际的偏离。鉴此提出了建立公用工程数学模型的方法并将公用工程消耗纳入企业整体生产计划模型进行全局优化,以真实反映经营生产实际。使用这一方法可进一步提高企业经济效益。 The utility system bears a large percentage of the cost in refinery and petrochemical plant.Formerly,the utility cost in petroleum refining and petrochemical planning models was included in the processing cost of the unit,which resulted the deviation between the model and production practice.A mathematical model of the utility system was developed and combined with the planning model,and the combined model was optimized by linear programming.A better solution was obtained,which closely reflects the management and production conditions,and simultaneously increases the economic effect of the enterprise.
