摘要
中国渐进式改革的特点内生地决定了中国金融监管的困境,在论述“权力悖论”和“政策悖论”的基础上认为,建立和完善监管层的治理机制是解决“权力悖论”和“政策悖论”的前提,是推行金融领域强制性制度变迁的基础,是中国金融改革成功的关键。
This paper mainly analyzes two paradoxes of China＇ s financial regulation, namely power paradox and policy paradox. Both of these dilemmas are endogenously determined by China＇s gradual reform. In order to overcome present difficulties, we have to reconstruct and better regulator＇s governance mechanism. Only in this way can we carry out obligatory institutional change in f＇mancial domain,and eventually succeed in financial transition.
