摘要
论文对职业压力的概念进行了综述,并对职业压力及其特征进行了界定,分析了压力的来源与我国企业压力管理的现状,并提出了组织压力管理机制建构的应对策略。
The paper has reviewed the concept of professional pressure and has carried on the limits to the professional pressure and its characteristics, has analyzed the origin of pressure and the present situation of our country on enterprise pressure management and proposed the strategy of construction of organization pressure management mechanism.
