摘要 研究了大豆子粒大小、褐斑、紫斑和虫口等外观品质对其化学品质的影响。结果表明,蛋白质含量、脂肪含量和蛋白脂肪总含量均随子粒的增大而增加。各种病虫害使大豆子粒蛋白质含量增加,脂肪含量降低,而对蛋白脂肪总含量的影响因品种而异。 This article studied soybean outward appearance qualities and so on grain size, brown spot, purple spot and insect mouth to its chemistry quality influence. The results indicated that, the protein content, the fat content and the protein fat total content increased along with the grain increased. Each kind of plant disease made the soybean grain protein content to increase, the fat content reduces, but different influence to protein fat total content because of different varieties.
