摘要 辅助生殖技术(ART)在山羊的繁育中具有重要作用。因为操作简单和成本低,同期发情和人工输精是使用最广泛的辅助生殖技术。由于结果具有不可预见性,超数排卵和胚胎移植(MOET)使用的并不十分广泛。使用经内窥镜从有价值的母畜采集的卵母细胞有助于提高MOET的结果并扩大其应用范围。胞质内精子注射(ICSI)技术能够利用精子作为载体生产转基因动物,以及使用无运动能力的冻干精子。转基因和克隆技术可以显著影响今后的山羊繁育,但是需要提高技术的效率。 Assisted reproduction technologies (ART) prays a crucial role in goat breed .For simplicity and excellent cost, estrous synchronization and artificial insemination(AI) are the most commonly ART used worldwide. As its unpredictability, multiple ovulation and embryo transfer (MOET) have not used widely. In vitro embryo production using oocytes collected by laparoscopy from valuable donors has the potential to improve the results obtained from MOET and expand its applications. ICSI technique can be used to extend the sperm vector for transgenic goat production and to use freeze--dried sperm for which spermatozoa motility is not required. Transgenesis and cloning technologies are expected to have an important impact on the future genetic im provement of goat, but the technical efficiencies should be improved.
