Extraction of DNA from Cucumber by Improved CTAB Method

DNA抽提是对生物体进行基因操作的基础性工作。经多次实验,我们对CTAB法提取黄瓜DNA进行了改进,并对所得DNA的质量和浓度进行了检测。结果表明,这是一种提取植物DNA的省时简单而高效的方法。通过很少量的样品即可以提到DNA。

It is a basic job in doing gene manipulation of creature to extract DNA. After several experimentations, some alterations were found in extracting DNA form cucumber by CTAB method, and we detected the quality and concentration of DNA. The result indicted, this was a simple and high efficiency method to extract DNA of plant. And it also could save time. We could use a few samples to get DNA.
