黄芪注射液穴位注射对慢性盆腔炎大鼠局部SIgA及病理形态学改变的影响

Effect of acupoint injection by astragalus injection on local SIgA and pathomorphology changes in rats with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的:观察黄芪注射液穴位注射对慢性盆腔炎大鼠模型局部分泌型IgA(SIgA)及病理形态学改变的影响。方法:50只Wistar大鼠随机分成6组,除正常组和假手术组外,其余造成慢性盆腔炎模型;黄芪注射液穴注组和生理盐水穴注组选用关元、足三里进行穴位注射;阳性药对照组用妇科千金片灌胃;模型组、正常组和假手术组常规饲养,不予处理。观察各组大鼠子宫的组织形态学变化,检测阴道冲洗液中SIgA的含量。结果:模型组病理形态学检查显示慢性炎症改变,黄芪组和妇科千金片组改变不明显;黄芪组局部SIgA含量显著高于其他5组,模型组SIgA含量最低。结论:慢性盆腔炎反复发作与局部SIgA分泌不足、局部免疫力下降有关;黄芪针穴位注射治疗慢性盆腔炎可以刺激局部黏膜分泌SIgA,提高黏膜的局部免疫功能,防止炎症复发。

Objective： To observe the effect of acupeint injection by astragalus injection on local SIgA and pathomorphologial changes in rats with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease （CPID）. Method： 50 female Wistar rats were randomly devided into 6 groups,in which CPID model was made except the normal group and sham operation group. The astragalus injection group and the 0.9% NaCl injection group were treated by acupeint injection in Guanyuan（ RN4 ） and Zusanli （ST36）. The group was fed Qianjinpian solution into stomach. The histopathologic changes of rats＇ uterus of each group were observed and SIgA in vagina flushing was detected. Result： The model group showed inflammatory changes, and astmgalus injection group and Qianjinpian group showed little histopathologic changes. The levels of SIgA in astmgalus injection group were significantly higher than those in other groups, but that in the model group was the lowest. Conclusion： The deficiency of local SIgA lead to repeatedly attack of CPID. The treatment of acupeint injection by astmgalus injection can improve the excretion of SIgA, reinforce the local immunity, and prevent the repeatedly attack.
