气平衡抽油机游梁与横梁轴承座螺栓联接优化设计

摘要 在对气平衡抽油机游梁与横梁轴承座螺栓联接进行受力分析的基础上,讨论了其联接的优化设计。以联接的综合面积最小为目标函数,以接合面不滑移、螺栓不拉断、接合面不压溃、轴承座不翻转及联接尺寸限制为约束条件,给出了联接的动态优化数学模型及求解方法。以CYJQ14-5-73HQ型气平衡抽油机为例作了具体设计计算,并给出优化设计结果。 By analyzing the forces on the belt connection of the equalizer bearing on an air-balanced pumping unit,the authors investigate into the optimization Of the.bolt cormection.Taking the minimum overall area of the connection as the objective function, the authors work out the dynamic optimmum mathematical model and its solution under the restraint conditions,including no slipping or collapse of the joint face, no breaking of the bolt, no overturn of the bearing and dimension limitation for assembling. A concrete design and calculation is made by taking the Model CYJQ14-5-73HQ air-balanced pumping unit as an example.
